1. Do you have a physical location?

At this time, we operate online only. We do not have a physical store location.

4. What is your return policy?

All items are final sale. However, we will review each request on a case-by-case basis and will make exceptions for items damaged in transit. Photos are required for damaged items/packages. 

7. Do you offer wholesale deals?

Because we purchase everything at retail, wholesale deals are not possible.

2. Do you do in-person meet ups?

We do in-person meet-ups at local card shows/cons where we are vending at. Meet-ups outside of card shows ("Craigslist-style") are not possible. Please see our vending calendar in the "About Us" section.

5. Do you accept cancellations?

We accept cancellations as long as the package hasn't shipped out yet.

8. How often do you ship?

Orders are shipped every business day. Limited number of orders are shipped on Saturday due to shorter post office hours. Shipping does not occur on vending days.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we now ship worldwide! Please note that duties and handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient. 

6. Where are you located?

We are based in Staten Island, NY.
